Non-Discrimination Policy At Gracie Humaitá Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Bolton, we are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for all members of our community. We believe that martial arts is for everyone, and we celebrate the diversity that each student, instructor, and family brings to our academy. In accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code, we do not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, discrimination based on:

All students, staff, instructors, and visitors are expected to treat one another with kindness, courtesy, and respect—on and off the mats. Our training environment is one where everyone should feel safe, seen, and supported in their personal growth. Reporting and Accountability If any member of our community experiences or witnesses behavior that contradicts this policy—including harassment, bullying, or exclusion—they are encouraged to report it to Mr. Jason, Academy Director, as soon as possible. All concerns will be taken seriously, investigated promptly, and handled with discretion.

All reports will be handled with sensitivity, confidentiality, and respect. Mr. Jason will meet with the individual to understand the concern and gather relevant details. An appropriate review will be conducted. Corrective actions will be taken as necessary, which may include education, mediation or disciplinary action including suspension or removal from the academy. The reporting individual will be kept informed throughout the process and supported to ensure a safe and positive training experience.


We are committed to continuous learning and accountability, and we regularly review our policies and practices to ensure they reflect our values of equity, integrity, and mutual respect.
